Details

The Jacks Ridge Triple X Cross Country Mountain Bike Marathon is one of those must do events on the mountain bike calendar. It’s grass roots club racing at its best!

The event will feature the full distance of 100km in 2025. Riders can choose to race in either the 100km and 50km distances, and there are both solo and team categories. The track length is 10km - 100km riders will do 10 laps and 50k riders will do 5 laps. For those racing in teams, members will need to compete roughly the same or similar numbers of laps to make up the required distance.

The weekend will also include a Schools XCO event on the Friday (Friday 6th June) run by Jason English with Hunter Schools MTB

The Brian Cockbain Memorial Trophy

The fastest male and female solo riders who compete in the 100km race, regardless of their chosen category (except E-Bike categories), will be announced as the winners of the Brian Cockbain Memorial Trophy. E-Bike categories cannot win the Brian Cockbain Memorial Trophy.

This event will include three separate race distances of 100km, 50km and 25km. 100k & 50k races will include both Solo and Team categories, and the 25k race will have Solo categories only.

The track length will be approximately 10km. 100k riders will do 8 laps, 50k riders will do 4 laps.

Racing commences at 9:00am for all 100k riders and 9:01am for all 50k riders. All 100k riders must have completed their final lap by 3:30pm.
